INFORMATION WE RECEIVE
We receive your name, email, optional travel dates and message through the form, and information you provide by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, such as destinations, guest numbers and preferences. Required fields allow us to respond. Please do not send identification documents, card details or sensitive information through the initial form.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
We use information to answer enquiries, understand requirements, research options and coordinate requested arrangements. Necessary processing relies on steps you request before a contract or performance of a contract. We may also process information to meet legal obligations. Necessary administration, protection against misuse and legal claims may rely on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. We request consent separately where needed. An enquiry is not consent to marketing.
PROVIDERS AND SHARING
PPC seeks providers in response to individual requests. Initial availability enquiries use non-identifying information where practical. If progressing your request requires personal details, we explain what is needed and limit sharing to relevant information. Recipients may include accommodation, transport, dining, chef, experience or aviation providers. They may act as independent controllers under their own privacy notices. Disclosure may also be necessary for legal obligations or claims.
TECHNOLOGY AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
We use Framer for the website and form and Gmail for correspondence. WhatsApp and Instagram apply their own privacy terms. These services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider and service. Framer’s terms provide for recognised mechanisms, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where applicable. RETENTION
We retain enquiries while the request and necessary follow-up remain active. Further retention is limited to resulting services, applicable record-keeping obligations or legal claims. Criteria include whether a booking or contract resulted, outstanding obligations and applicable legal time limits. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact portugalprivateconcierge@gmail.com. We may request proportionate identity verification. We normally respond within one month and explain any lawful extension. You may complain to Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt) or another competent supervisory authority.

External platforms apply their own privacy notices. We update this policy when our services or data-handling practices change.
COOKIES AND WEBSITE ANALYTICS
The website uses Framer’s built-in analytics, which Framer describes as cookie-free and without persistent visitor identifiers. No Google Analytics ID or additional custom tracking scripts are configured. Instagram and WhatsApp are external links, not embedded feeds. Their own privacy and cookie policies apply when you open those services. Website hosting and security services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
